Luxe Beauty Pass Subscription Terms and Conditions
1. MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT:
By subscribing to the Luxe Beauty Pass Membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:
The membership benefits are exclusively valid during the active membership period with Primas Medispa. Membership benefits do not roll over to the following month.
Luxe Beauty Pass membership allows clients to choose treatments from different categories. Depending on the tier selected, members can receive 2, 3, or 4 treatments per month. However, they may only choose one treatment from each category per month.
3. Treatment Category Selection:
- Clients must select treatments from different categories.
- If their membership tier allows for 3 treatments per month, they must choose one treatment from three different categories.
- Example: If categories include Massage, Facials, Eye Treatments, and Waxing, a client with a 3-treatment plan can select one massage, one facial, and one waxing treatment but cannot choose three massages in the same month.
- If a treatment is not used within the month, it will expire and will not roll over to the next month.
4. MEMBERSHIP FEES:
Membership fees are due on a monthly basis as per the selected Luxe Beauty Pass subscription plan.
Failure to pay membership fees may result in the suspension or termination of membership benefits.
5. ADDITIONAL TREATMENTS:
Any additional treatments outside your membership allowance will incur an additional charge.
Payment for additional treatments must be settled at the time of service.
6. MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP DURATION:
You agree to maintain your membership with Primas Medispa for a minimum duration of 3 months. You cannot cancel or freeze your membership before completing 3 months.
7. FREEZE POLICY:
You can only freeze your membership after your first 3 months of active membership with us. The maximum freeze duration is 1 month, after which your membership will automatically unfreeze. You are allowed to freeze your membership twice a year.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation Notice:
A 1-month cancellation notice is required prior to the payment due date to terminate your membership with Primas Medispa. This notice period will commence from the start of the following full paid month.
Effective Cancellation Date:
For example, if your membership period runs from the 25th of each month to the 24th of the next month, and you submit a cancellation request on June 10th, the 1-month cancellation notice will begin on July 25th (your next payment due date). Your membership will then be terminated on August 25th.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be provided for partial membership periods.
Minimum Membership Period:
Subscribers can only cancel their membership after completing at least three months of paid membership.
9. 48-HOUR TREATMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our 48-hour treatment cancellation policy applies to membership sessions.
If you cancel a scheduled session without providing a 48-hour notice, the session will be redeemed from your membership.
10. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP:
Primas Medispa reserves the right to modify membership benefits, fees, or terms with prior notice.
Members will be informed of any changes through the contact information provided.
11. TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION:
Primas Medispa reserves the right to terminate a membership in case of a breach of these terms or for any other valid reason.
12. GENERAL TERMS:
All benefits and entitlements are subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.
13. DATA PROTECTION:
By becoming a member, you consent to the collection and use of personal information following Primas Medispa's privacy policy.
