Wedding Glow Membership – Terms & Conditions

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT:

By subscribing to the Primas Medispa Wedding Glow Membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:

Wedding Glow membership benefits are valid exclusively during the active membership period. Unused treatments or services do not roll over to the following month.

WEDDING BENEFITS:

Wedding Glow Members receive exclusive wedding perks such as massages, full-body treatments, and post-wedding vouchers. These are provided at specific intervals as detailed in your membership tier and must be booked in advance. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for other services.

POST-WEDDING VOUCHERS:

Post-wedding vouchers can be requested after completing three consecutive months on a Wedding Glow plan. Each voucher must be redeemed within two months of issue. Vouchers not redeemed within this period will be forfeited, with no cash or treatment alternative available.

VOUCHER & CREDIT POLICY:

Any voucher or credit issued must be used towards full-priced treatments only. Vouchers and credits cannot be applied to packages, discounted treatments, promotional offers, or retail products. They are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

REFERRAL CREDITS:

Referral credits are awarded only after the referred client completes a paid appointment. Credits may be used towards non-membership treatments.

MEMBERSHIP FEES:

Membership fees are due monthly according to your selected plan. Missed payments may result in suspension or loss of membership benefits.

ADDITIONAL TREATMENTS:

Additional treatments beyond your plan allowance must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Wedding Glow Members enjoy treatment discounts depending on their plan.

MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP DURATION:

A minimum commitment of three months is required. Membership cannot be cancelled or frozen before the three-month period is complete.

FREEZE POLICY:

After the initial three-month commitment, you may freeze your membership for one month at a time, up to a maximum of two freezes per year.
Freezing your membership during your wedding month will delay eligibility for the post-wedding voucher until your third active month is complete.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A one-month notice period is required to cancel your membership. Cancellation is only permitted after the three-month minimum term. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

48-HOUR TREATMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a treatment. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your plan.

SESSION USAGE POLICY:

All membership sessions must be used within the month they are allocated. Sessions do not roll over to the following month under any circumstances.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they book their appointments within the month. In the event that the clinic needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it remains the client’s responsibility to rebook their session. The clinic will not follow up or chase clients to rearrange missed or cancelled appointments.

CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP:

Primas Medispa reserves the right to amend pricing, benefits, or terms with prior notice using the contact details provided.

TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION:

Membership may be terminated for a breach of these terms or for any other valid reason deemed necessary by Primas Medispa.

GENERAL TERMS:

All benefits are subject to compliance with these terms. Primas Medispa accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by products or treatments.

POST-WEDDING VOUCHER CLARITY:

Only members who have completed three full months on a Wedding Glow plan are eligible.
Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the named member only.

WEDDING WEEK TREATMENTS:

Members are encouraged to pre-book wedding week treatments well in advance. While every effort will be made to accommodate you, availability cannot be guaranteed.

By enrolling, you consent to the use and storage of your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
