Primas Medispa Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT:

By subscribing to Primas Medispa Membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:

The membership benefits are exclusively valid during the active membership period with Primas Medispa. Membership benefits do not rollover to the following month.

3. BIRTHDAY VOUCHERS:

If birthday vouchers are included in your membership, they are issued only to active Primas Medispa Members on their Birthday month.
Proof of date of birth (e.g., Passport, Driver's License, or any other valid ID) is required for verification when claiming the voucher.
Birthday Vouchers are only valid on the Birthday month.

4. REFERRAL CREDITS:

Referral credits will be granted only after the referred person successfully completes their appointment.

5. COMPLIMENTARY PRODUCT COLLECTION:

If products are included in your membership: To receive your complimentary Skin or Body product, inform Primas Medispa's reception team of your preferred product at least 7 days before collection. For Tea’s please give us 2 weeks notice.
Complimentary products are redeemable in months 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, and so on, every 3 months, except for Primas Skin Bronze, which can be collected in months 1, 7, 13, 19, and so on, every 6 months.
Products will not be backdated, and entitlements do not accumulate.
If the complimentary product is not collected within the designated collection month, the entitlement will expire.

6. MEMBERSHIP FEES:

Membership fees are due on a monthly basis as per the selected Primas Medispa subscription plan.
Failure to pay membership fees may result in the suspension or termination of membership benefits.

7. ADDITIONAL TREATMENTS:

Any additional treatments outside your membership allowance will incur an additional charge.
Payment for additional treatments must be settled at the time of service.

8. MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP DURATION:

You agree to maintain your membership with Primas Medispa for a minimum duration of 3 months. You cannot cancel or freeze your membership before 3 months.

9. FREEZE POLICY:

You can only freeze your membership after your first 3 months of an active membership with us. The maximum freeze duration is 1 month, after 1 month your membership will automatically unfreeze. You are allowed to freeze your membership twice a year.

10. CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation Notice:

  • A 1-month cancellation notice is required prior to the payment due date to terminate your membership with Primas Medispa. This notice period will commence from the start of the following full paid month.

Effective Cancellation Date:

  • For example, if your membership period runs from the 25th of each month to the 24th of the next month, and you submit a cancellation request on June 10th, the 1-month cancellation notice will begin on July 25th (your next payment due date). Your membership will then be terminated on August 25th.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will not be provided for partial membership periods.

Minimum Membership Period:

  • Subscribers can only cancel their membership after completing at least three months of paid membership.

11. 48-HOUR TREATMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our 48-hour treatment cancellation policy applies to membership sessions.
If you cancel a scheduled session without providing a 48-hour notice, the session will be redeemed from your membership.

12. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP:

Primas Medispa reserves the right to modify membership benefits, fees, or terms with prior notice.
Members will be informed of any changes through the contact information provided.

13. TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION:

Primas Medispa reserves the right to terminate a membership in case of a breach of these terms or for any other valid reason.

14. GENERAL TERMS:

All benefits and entitlements are subject to compliance with these terms and conditions. Primas Medispa is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from using complementary products.

15. DATA PROTECTION:

By becoming a member, you consent to the collection and use of personal information following Primas Medispa's privacy policy.
