Primas Medispa Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Agreement:

By subscribing to Primas Medispa services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Subscription Benefits:

The subscription benefits are exclusively valid during the active subscription period with Primas Medispa.

3. Birthday Vouchers:

  • Birthday vouchers are issued only to active Primas Medispa subscribers at the time of their birthday.
  • Proof of date of birth (e.g., Passport, Driver's License, or any other valid ID) is required for verification.

4. Referral Credits:

Referral credits will be granted only after the referred person successfully completes their appointment.

5. Complimentary Product Collection:

  • To receive your complimentary Skin or Body product, inform Primas Medispa's reception team of your preferred product at least 7 days before collection. For the Tea’s please give us 2 weeks notice.
  • Complimentary products are redeemable in months 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, and so on, every 3 months, except for Primas Skin Bronze, which can be collected in months 1, 7, 13, 19, and so on, every 6 months.
  • Products will not be backdated, and entitlements do not accumulate.
  • If the complimentary product is not collected within the designated collection month, the entitlement will expire.

6. Subscription Fees:

  • Subscription fees are due on a [monthly/quarterly/annual] basis as per the selected Primas Medispa subscription plan.
  • Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of subscription benefits.

7. Additional Treatments:

  • Any additional treatments outside your subscription allowance will incur an additional charge.
  • Payment for additional treatments must be settled at the time of service.

8. Cancellation Policy:

  • A 1-month cancellation notice is required for terminating your subscription with Primas Medispa.
  • Refunds will not be provided for partial subscription periods.
  • Subscribers can only cancel their subscription after the third month

9. 48-Hour Treatment Cancellation Policy:

  • Our 48-hour treatment cancellation policy applies to subscription sessions.
  • If you cancel a scheduled session without providing a 48-hour notice, the session will be redeemed from your subscription.

10. Changes to Subscription:

  • Primas Medispa reserves the right to modify subscription benefits, fees, or terms with prior notice.
  • Subscribers will be informed of any changes through the contact information provided.

11. Termination of Subscription:

Primas Medispa reserves the right to terminate a subscription in case of a breach of these terms or for any other valid reason.

12. General Terms:

  • All benefits and entitlements are subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.
  • Primas Medispa is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from using complementary products.

13. Data Protection:

By subscribing, you consent to the collection and use of personal information following Primas Medispa's privacy policy.
