I recently had a radio frequency therapy session at Prima Medispa that was highly disappointing. The session, despite being  booked for 45 minutes, lasted only 15 minutes. The equipment used was subpar, as the main machine was out of order and to top it up the technician struggled for a considerable amount of time to set it up.
